Rainier Run 5K

I, individually, (and/or as a parent, and/or guardian of the named minor) for in consideration of acceptance of this entry to Enumclaw Chamber of Commerce Annual 5K Run/Walk, do hereby release, remise, waive, and forever discharge the Enumclaw Chamber of Commerce, the City of Enumclaw, Rainier Foot and Ankle, and any other supporting groups for this said running/walking event, together with all their officers, agents and employees, from all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of actions whatsoever arising out of, or relating to any injury, illness, loss or damage, including death, relating to participating in the aforesaid event. I further state that I am in the proper physical condition to participate in this event. I also agree that if any part of the entire program is canceled for any reason that all entry fees are nonrefundable. SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states. If purchased, your registration may be covered for one of the covered reasons stated in the policy.
